Terms of Service

1. The service

Kairo is an AI assistant that writes to your prospects from your own email address toward the goal you set, reads and classifies their replies, drafts answers and puts meetings on your calendar. It also includes lead research, which finds potential business contacts on the web pages you give and offers them for your approval. The service is still being developed; features may change.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account details correct, for the security of your password and of the mailboxes you connect, and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you notice unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Kairo only for lawful business communication. In particular:

• You must have the legal basis required to contact the people you write to (for example the Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, KVKK, the GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• You may not send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), misleading messages or messages that impersonate someone.
• You must honour unsubscribe requests; Kairo adds them to a suppression list automatically.
• You must follow the rules of the email and calendar providers you connect.
• You may use lead research only for business contact and in line with the terms of the sites you research; informing the people found and handling their requests is your responsibility. You may not use it to collect special categories of personal data or personal information unrelated to business.
• You may not attempt anything that would compromise the security of the service or other users' use of it.

4. Content and AI

Content that Kairo writes with AI is a suggestion and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for everything that is sent and for the information given to leads. Replies on risky topics wait for your approval; by choosing fully automatic mode you accept that other messages are sent on your behalf. You keep the rights to the data and content you put into Kairo.

5. Data

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. You are the controller of the lead data you add to Kairo; Pro Sicht processes it only to provide the service.

6. Third-party services

Kairo works with third-party services such as your email provider, Google Calendar and AI providers. Pro Sicht is not responsible for their outages or their own terms.

7. Fees

Fees are subject to the plan or contract terms communicated to you separately.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if it is used against these terms. You may ask us to close your account at any time; your data is then deleted within the periods in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pro Sicht is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or reputation, or the consequences of content that is sent.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app or by email.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Sakarya have jurisdiction. Questions: [email protected].
